The docks levelers are used to fill and adjust the differences between various levels. For example, the height of a truck which is unloading the merchandises may be different from the height of the reception door; in this case a dock leveler will be essential.
Our full width dock levelers, either hydraulic or mechanical, adapt with the majority of loading docks. If the given space does not allow the use of a traditional leveler, one of our edge-of-dock levelers is always an option.

Proposing a design with an “I”shaped robust beam, the leveler does not require any manual lifting. When the employee at the dock pulls the release chain, the plate raises and the lip is locked in position. Then the employee can proceed to the leveling to the platform of the truck.

This leveler has an “I” shape and a pushbutton remote placed in a mural unit. Since the plate’s and the lip commands are independent from each other it makes it possible to accelerate the cycle of operation as well as the operations of loading and unloading.

Reduces the costs of heating and losses of goods since the leveler only authorizes the opening of the truck doors once it is safely fastened with the dock. Mini-levelers for
mechanical and hydraulic dock
No manual lifting is necessary. When pulling on the relaxation handle, the plate is placed in driving position under the action of a spring. While pushing on the handle, the plate drops and the lip is released automatically.

Hydraulic model
Features
A pushbutton with remote control makes it possible to raise the electro-hydraulic plate. The operator presses on the pushbutton of constant pressure type to raise the plate in driving position. When the employee releases the button, the lip lets go while the plate lowers.

Conceived for loading/unloading operations when: there is no dock, the access is on ground level or the height of the trailers is lower than the capacity of the dock leveler. The dock includes safety devices of serie including a protect-toes in bevel, a chain to limit the access to the personnel, an integrated strut of maintenance, a circuit breaker with hydraulic swiftness as well as edge lines with great visibility. Elevator dock with simple chisel assembled to the floor or in a well. Electrohydraulic operation.
